Prenatal Support and Children From Birth To Age 3

Ready For Success offers families weekly home visits with a Family Support Specialist who offers guidance in child development and educational growth along with twice-monthly family events providing caregiver education and a family play group. The FSS Program uses the Baby TALK Model to guide its home visiting program. This is a developmentally and culturally-sensitive, evidence-based approach to engaging caregivers and their children using extensive curriculum that promotes positive child, caregiver, and family outcomes. Programs for Children age 3-5 years

At age 3, children transition from the home visiting program to TOPS (Teaching Our Preschoolers), a play-based kindergarten-readiness program located in District 69’s Madison Elementary School. Regular caregiver groups and family events provide resources to support children’s learning at home.
